Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. You cancel through the platform you purchased from: Apple account settings for App Store purchases, Play subscriptions for Google Play, or one click in your account panel for web purchases.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds are governed by the policy of the platform you purchased through. Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com) applies to the App Store and Google Play's refund policy applies to Play. If you purchased on the web, write to destek@noloss.app and we will review your request.
Why aren't prices listed here?+
Prices vary by platform and by current campaigns. The accurate amount is always the one shown in the App Store, Google Play or the web checkout — a number printed here could be out of date.
Why is buying on the web cheaper?+
App Store and Google Play purchases carry a store commission. Paying on the web skips that commission, so the same protection costs less.
Can I use the same subscription on both phone and computer?+
Yes. Protection syncs across every device you sign in on, no matter where you bought it.
Is my payment information safe?+
Web payments go through Stripe and store payments go through Apple's and Google's own infrastructure. Your card details are never stored with us.
